No! Your gift voucher will never expire. All gift cards retain the value assigned at time of purchase including any special discounts or offers; game offerings, admission structure, and ticket prices are subject to change without notice. In the event ticket prices or admission structure changes before a gift voucher is redeemed, the original purchase price will be applied as credit toward their Spellbound ticket purchase at the current admission rate.

In-store gift purchases include a physical card that can be presented to the recipient at the time of your choice. All digital gift purchases are sent to the Purchaser and Recipient via email at the time of purchase. A physical voucher is not issued for online gift purchases.

If you would prefer to print a physical copy of your digital voucher, make sure to UNCHECK the box on Step 2 labeled ‘Email gift certificate to recipient’ or it will send a copy of this gift voucher to the recipient IMMEDIATELY.

If the admission cost of your party exceeds the vouchers applied you’ll only be charged for the remaining balance. Multiple voucher codes may be applied to a single booking.

Our gift card levels have been updated to ensure adequate coverage for the intended use. If your gift card was purchased prior to November 2022 you may require additional funds to cover the full cost of your event.

Deciding between Gift Levels doesn’t need to be a headache! It all comes down to the way your recipient will want to use their ticket. For multiple recipients that may spend their gift cards at different times, add each gift card individually to your card before proceeding to the checkout.

Multiple gift cards can be purchased in one transaction. Each voucher will ask you to complete 3 steps:

1. Confirm the voucher selection by clicking on the listing.
2. Enter the name and email address of the Recipient– that’s the person you want to give this gift.
3. Enter your own name and email address.

PLEASE NOTE: If you select ‘Email gift certificate to recipient’ it will send a copy of this gift voucher to the recipient IMMEDIATELY.

If you are making this purchase to give at a later date, please do not select this as it will definitely cause some spoilers for the big reveal.
